How to Qualify
- You must enter into an exclusive buyer agency relationship with Carolina Realty Solutions™. This agreement protects you by guaranteeing our intent to rebate you 1% back at closing. We only offer the rebate to buyers who utilize us as their exclusive buyer's agent, and who purchase listed property or new construction offering a buyer's agent commission
- You must indicate to any listing agent and/or register with any new construction representative from the beginning that you are working exclusively with Carolina Realty Solutions as your buyer's agent
- Rebate must appear on the HUD - 1 Closing Statement
- Purchase price must be greater than $150,000
