Listing appears on both the Carolina Multiple Listing Service which serves the Charlotte and surrounding areas, as well as the Piedmont Regional Multiple Listing Service which serves Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and the surrounding areas. (Many companies only list you on one or the other. Make sure you get all the exposure you can, with Carolina Realty Solutions you get listed on both!)

Level 1 - Limited Full Service:

• Full MLS Listing with digital photographs
• SupraKey Electronic Lockbox for Realtor access
• Professional, eye catching CRS Yardsign (when allowed)
• Directional Signs to bring in buyers from surrounding main streets (when allowed)
• Appointment setting/ feedback requests through Centralized Showing Service
• Negotiation of all offers to purchase

Commission due to Carolina Realty Solutions upon closing: 1%

Level 2 - All The Bells and Whistles:

• All that is included in the Level 1 package
• Complete contract follow up from time of acceptance through closing
• Review of home inspection and termite inspection reports
• Negotiation of repair request
• Complete review of closing statement to verify accuracy
• Design and production of indoor, full color, flyer brochure
• Design and production of outdoor flyers with flyer box

Recommended commission due to buyers agent upon closing: 3%
Commission due to Carolina Realty Solutions upon closing: 2%
